Born in Jamaica, I’ve been in the United States for a little over 2 decades, and I call NYC home. I graduated from New York University in 2017 after studying linguistics, psychology and creative writing. More recently, I studied for a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. My training was relational and psychodynamic and prepared me to work especially with narratives of trauma and abuse. I hold a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate’s license in Washington, MC61456680.
